ROUDEE – Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Roudee. We take pride in creating thoughtful pieces designed with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, alterations, and custom orders.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns: Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

No Refunds or Exchanges:
All custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for each client; therefore, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Alterations:
If adjustments are required, kindly contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Eligible alterations will be provided once complimentary, subject to assessment.

Defective Items:
If your custom piece arrives with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos and order details. Roudee will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement where applicable.

Order Accuracy:
Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements, selected sizes, design approvals, and order details prior to production.

Additional Information

By placing a custom or made-to-order order, you acknowledge and agree to Roudee’s no-refund policy.

Estimated production time is approximately 5 weeks upon fabric availability.

Pre-order collections may require 4-6 Weeks.

Clients are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs related to returns, exchanges, and alterations.

Orders not accepted, collected, or arranged for delivery within 90 calendar days from shipping or completion notification will be considered abandoned. Roudee reserves the right to resell, dispose of, or otherwise manage such orders. Deposits and payments made will not be refundable.
